The general areas were well-maintained and provided a pleasant space to relax and socialize. As a senior woman, I appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with easy access ramps and handrails in the common areas, ensuring a safe and comfortable stay.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more attentive and helpful staff. Sometimes the children working there seemed overwhelmed and not very responsive to our needs.

The spacious flat was well equipped with unexpected amenities like an iron, hair dryer, and even a dishwasher. The kitchen had everything I needed, and there were plenty of towels, toiletries, and other essentials. The bed and sofa were both comfortable, and the whole flat had a great view of the city. I highly recommend this place!

We absolutely loved our stay at Smartflats Design - Old Town. The location was amazing, right in the center of the city. The apartment was spacious with a balcony, and the response to our emails was fast. The cleaning team was quick to clean up after we reported a dirty oven. The apartment was well-equipped with kitchen essentials. The bed was comfortable and the apartment had a lovely, cozy ambiance. we had a great experience and would highly recommend this place.

There were a few minor drawbacks. The sofabed was dirty and had a cigarette smell, which could have been replaced.

City Views and Terrace: The view from the terrace was absolutely stunning. I felt like I was in a movie, overlooking the cityscape of Antwerp. It was the perfect spot to relax with a glass of wine after a long day of exploring.

Access Alley: The access alley was poorly lit and had a trip hazard, making it a bit difficult to navigate at night.

We had a wonderful stay at Smartflats - Old Town. the location couldn't have been better - right in the city center with shops, bars, museums, and restaurants all within easy walking distance. the property itself is large and spacious, with a good layout. the living space is surprisingly light thanks to the skylights in the ceiling. the bathroom and shower were clean and of high quality. Although the terrace unfortunately lacked furniture, it was still great to have.
